At HELIO CAPITAL, within our activity related to Information Security applied to Real Estate Management Services, we are fully committed to directing all our efforts toward meeting the needs of our stakeholders. The security of the information related to our services is our highest priority, with the aim of achieving continuous improvement within our organization.
To that end, we have implemented and maintain a Management System based on the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001, adopting the following commitments:
To effectively maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) by setting and reviewing annual security objectives in order to promote the continuous improvement of our company.
To comply with all information security requirements from our stakeholders and with all applicable regulations and standards, in order to consolidate trust in our organization.
To ensure that appropriate resources and equipment are available, aligned with the company’s activities, objectives, and goals.
To maintain a strong commitment to our clients, offering solutions tailored to their specific needs and circumstances, while fostering long-term relationships based on trust in the quality and excellence of our work.
These principles are fully endorsed by Management, which provides the necessary means and resources to its employees to ensure full compliance, and makes this Information Security Policy publicly available and known.
