The project presents a unique and attractive risk-return profile, based on a demographic and actuarial study developed by two PhD economics professors from the University of Barcelona.

It is an independent method that calculates asset release timelines under lifetime lease agreements.

How does it work?
A comprehensive analysis is conducted based on life expectancy estimates for the senior population, as well as variables such as income level and residential area.

Big Data
The data collected comes from the National Statistics Institute (INE), the Ministry of Labor (Social Security), and the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT).

Outcome
The analysis is reflected in life tables that estimate the expected lifetime of tenants, allowing for accurate financial modeling.

He is currently a partner at a Luxembourg-based fund managed by Stoneweg, as well as a partner at an alternative investment fund (AIF) management company in Luxembourg.

Holder of an Executive EMBA from IESE Business School. He has extensive experience as an Asset Manager for real estate assets across various Family Offices, and a long track record in the acquisition of hotel and real estate assets.
